NDIS Improved Daily Living Programs

NDIS Improved Daily Living Programs

At Spectra Community Care, we believe that a supportive environment and healthy routines are the foundation of lasting progress. Our Improved Daily Living (IDL) programs provide structured guidance for participants and their support networks, focusing on reducing challenging behaviours and building positive, sustainable habits.

Even if you don’t have behaviour support funding in your NDIS plan, our IDL programs can help you achieve meaningful change using your Improved Daily Living funding. These programs are delivered by experienced practitioners such as occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, or early childhood key workers.

Community Care

Our programs involve participants, families, carers, and support networks to create lasting positive change.

We offer four key programs: Building Mindful and Skilled Supports for carers to encourage independence, Positive and Capable Family Units to strengthen family communication, Delivering Active Support to boost engagement through daily activities, and Creating Healthy Habits to help individuals and families build healthier routines for overall wellbeing.

Our Spectra Daily Living Programs services include:
